What’s sure to be an amazing exhibition at the Royal Academy of Art in London with new works from David Hockney. Everyone should go and check it out, he is a modern day genius.

We went to see the exhibition and would highly recommend it! The paintings are bright and cheerful with vibrant colours. Some of them are huge but there are lots of smaller ones too. I’d love to have any one of them on my wall! We were amazed at how prolific Hockney is – not many artists could fill the whole of the Royal Academy, and most of the paintings were done relatively recently. We bought the book of the exhibition and have watched and recorded a TV programme about Hockney and the way he works.
