I am trying to make cookie monster cupcakes for my daughter’s first birthday. How can I get the recipe for these cupcakes? they are adorable. Thank you

Sorry for the delayed response, I get A LOT of spam sent to me and your comments were lost amongst it.
I made up my own recipe for this, well, as far as the decoration goes anyway.
I used the strawberry cheesecake cupcake recipe from the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook for the cake and substituted the strawberries for blueberries. Then to make the decoration, I used their recipe for cream cheese frosting, dyed it blue with food colouring, bought some shredded coconut, dyed that blue too and rolled the iced cupcakes in said coconut for the textured “hair” look.
Then the eyes are white chocolate buttons and I used a chocolate fudge pen to draw on the pupils. Then the cookies in the mouth are just plain old chocolate chip cookies cut in half.
